These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of digital products sold via our Podia platform. By purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.

Our products are digital in nature and may include downloadable guides, templates, video trainings, AI tools, or online courses. All content is provided “as is” for informational and educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or business results.
3. Access and Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the digital product(s) via Podia. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are compatible with the platform. Access is provided for individual use only and must not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our digital products is the intellectual property of Test Tube Marketing Ltd. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for personal or internal business use only. You may not reproduce, share, modify, or exploit our content for commercial gain without prior written consent.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on all digital products purchased via our Podia platform.
To request a refund, simply email hello@testtubemarketing.com within 14 calendar days of your purchase. Please include:

The email address used at checkout
The name of the product you purchased
A brief note stating that you’d like a refund (optional, but helpful for us)
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction and will be issued within 7–14 calendar days.
After 14 days, we are unable to offer refunds unless required under UK consumer law (e.g. the product is faulty or not as described).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Test Tube Marketing Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, or data arising out of or in connection with your use of our products. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the product.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Podia’s privacy policy. Your payment information is processed securely by our payment provider and is not stored by us.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective once published. Continued access to or use of the product constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
